Warranty
At Interstate Terminals, we are proud of our warranties, so we'd like to be up front with you.
Everything is listed here in detail for your convenience.
Procedure:
When you call us for units that are in warranty, we will give you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
This is to ensure the unit(s) are logged in properly so we can serve you better when we receive them.
When calling, please be prepared to give us the Serial Number of the unit. The invoice is helpful as well.
Shipping charges:
You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the unit to us.
For the lower 48 U.S. states, we will pay the shipping charges to return the repaired unit to you.
The return shipment will be UPS Ground Service or equivalent.
Coverage:
This warranty does not include: dropped units, misuse, accidents, abuse, modification, neglect,
improper voltage, or repair by someone other than Interstate Terminals.
Nor does it include electrical storms, water damage, earthquakes, or any other acts of God.
Burn-in impressions that may occur in the tube under prolonged use are also not covered.
Packing:
When you return a unit to us, the unit must be packed properly. Please use plenty of packing material
around all sides of the unit since the boxes may be dropped off trucks during shipment, etc.
Use a strong, sturdy box that will support the unit.
If the unit arrives in a crushed up fashion due to poor packing and/or a poor box, your unit may not
be covered under warranty. Please pack the unit well!
We at Interstate Terminals will do all we can do to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
Thank you for choosing us.
